I am telling ya- if you have friends looking to buy in McLean or Falls Church City area- this house is a steal. It's kinda sixties in a bad way- but it is just a few layers of work away from being a really nice moderately-priced house in one of the tree-lined, kid-friendly neighborhoods that McLean a wonderful place to live.
